The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is urging
Hepatitis C testing for all Americans born between 1945 and 1965, as new data
indicate that the baby boomers account for the largest proportion of cases yet
are largely ignorant of their status.
“The take home message from the report is that you may not
remember everything that happened in the 60’s and 70’s, but your liver does,”
said CDC Director Thomas Frieden at a press conference.
I think the quote could have said "the take home message from the report is that you may not want to remember everything that happened in the 60's and 70's..."
